About LSF Development

LSF Development Corp. was incorporated in 1996 in the State of Texas. We are developers and builders of residential subdivisions, listed in Dunn & Bradstreet under SIC Code 6552 – Land Subdividers & Developers.

Our specialty is private water ski lake communities. We have demonstrated expertise in site location, design, construction and marketing of specialty water skiing communities.

Corporate Officers

Hall serves as company president and is responsible for overseeing all daily operations. His background includes over 20 years in the real estate industry since earning his Real Estate Broker's License in 1983, and as a CPA with a Big Six accounting firm.  He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration.  A tournament water skier since 1973, he remains active in the sport today as a nationally ranked competitor and senior official. Other hobbies include travel and restoring vintage wooden boats.

Thompson co-founded LSF along with Hall, and is responsible for all engineering and technical operations. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering. Previous professional experience includes over 20 years in technical roles with a major energy company. An avid water skier and tournament competitor since 1980, Jim is a senior-level rated official and technical controller, and enjoys traveling to water ski sites throughout the country. Other hobbies include mountain climbing and bicycling.
